William Sunnucks (Chairman) - William is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) and continued his career with Shell.

After two years at the London Business School he spent the next 20 years as finance director of four large companies in the property, banking and transport sectors. In late 2008 he stepped down as finance director of Capital & Regional PLC, a quoted company responsible for the management of more than £3 billion in retail and leisure property assets.

Since then he has focused on building up Land Management and its group companies where he has been the Chairman since 2000.


Luke Hagger (Operations & Logistics Manager) - Luke has years of experience running sophisticated Warehouse and Transport Operations for one of the largest removal operators in London.

David Earl (Technical Service Manager) - David has over 10 years of experience in Records Management. During this time he has gained experience in operational and sales positions through to board level responsibilities and decision making.

Davids experience spans both physical and electronic storage of documents, scanning technologies such as OCR and ICR as well as the design and implementation of online image repositories.

With strong operational skills and a good commercial awareness David has a complete view of what is needed to make for a successful records management implementation be it a few boxes that require physical storage through to a comprehensive physical storage, scanning and online image hosting solution.

Amy Barham (Administration & Projects Manager)
 - Amy heads up our administration and project team and joined us from the legal sector where within a busy solicitors firm, among other things she organised the day to day document storage services.

Amy knows what is it like to be a client of a document service and the importance of a high service level and ensuring the team deliver our services exactly the way she expected them when she was a client.

Amy has overall responsibility for customer services and ensuring that all new clients are on boarded smoothly, as well as being responsible for managing and maintaining our ISO 9001 processes.

Shaun Barker (General Manager - Land Management)
- Shaun Barker has experience of marketing and operations, gained in the food, beverage and furniture sectors working for companies such as Allied Domecq, Bass Taverns and Welcome Break. He opened more than 100 branches while working for Cafe Nero and later played a major role in developing Welcome Break’s coffee brand. In 2008 Land Management recruited him as its General Manager, initially responsible for managing its two shopping centres with over 90 small retailers.
